todoinTC curates and aggregates publicly available event information in and around Traverse City and presents it in an accessible, multi-language format. We are not the organizer of events and are not responsible for event changes, cancellations, safety, or the accuracy of event details. Event information is provided for informational purposes only and should be verified with official sources. Translations are provided on a best-effort basis and may contain inaccuracies. Our service aims to provide broad event coverage and multilingual support, but we cannot guarantee completeness or availability of all events or languages at all times.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

3. Your Account

You may use the app as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

We aggregate and present event information from third-party sources. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from content available via the Service.

6. Event Information and Translation Accuracy

Event information displayed in the Service is aggregated from various third-party sources, including event organizers, venues, and public listings. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of all event details, including but not limited to dates, times, locations, prices, or descriptions.

The Service may use machine and/or human translations to provide content in multiple languages. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or quality of translations. Users should verify critical details with official event sources or organizers before making plans or purchases.

Our marketing slogan "Every Event, Every Language" is an aspirational statement representing our goal to provide comprehensive multilingual event coverage. It is not a literal guarantee that every single event will be available or that every language will be supported at all times. Language support and event coverage may vary based on availability, technical limitations, and other factors.

You acknowledge and agree that you use event information and translations at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for verifying any information that is important to your decision-making.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Michigan for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
